Jason Arthur is a business coach who helps trades businesses create, refine, or develop the business metrics of their company. Some clients may be need help setting up the metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to be able to monitor their operation; while others may need help improving the tools that they currently have in place. No matter the case, Jason has the background and experience to help find the solution. Jason is also the newest ServiceTitan Certified Coach having just earned his certification in late June.

Jason has been in the HVAC industry for nearly 20 years. He has a wide range of experience from smaller family-owned operations, up to a statewide $100 million, multi-location business. He has seen firsthand the pain points in businesses from small to large. At his last position he grew his consumer department from just over $2 million when he started in Dec of 2014 to a trend of over $20 million in 2022. He also has experience developing systems and procedures that allowed his consumer department to enter the big box retail market.

Jason believes that the right reporting empowers owners and operators to be more efficient and make strategic decisions. Jason believes operating while having visibility into the operation’s numbers in as close to real time as possible and then confirming the accuracy of those numbers monthly with the P&L is one of the keys to a successful business.

Originally from Indiana, he now is based outside of Orlando, FL; but is available to work with clients all over North America. When he isn’t helping clients he enjoys golfing, boating, and spending time with his family.
